Technical Specifications
90-minute fire-resistant doors are a special door system developed for high-risk areas, offering advanced fire insulation.
With panel thicknesses up to 64 mm, they are highly resistant to high temperatures and smoke pressure for extended periods. Thanks to the specially formulated, very high-density PU inner filling, the door surface and interior volume remain stable during a fire. The reinforced hinge and lock system resists deformation even under extreme heat.
Covering options include PVC, lacquer, laminate, and natural wood surfaces. All these surfaces offer both a stylish appearance and the advantage of long-lasting use. Furthermore, these models, equipped with high-performance fire and smoke seals, effectively prevent air passage.
These products have been tested according to EN 1634-1 and BS 476-22 standards and are supported by certifications such as FSC, LEED, and BREEAM for environmental sustainability.
